Welcome to the Liverpool Highly Sensitive Person's meet up.
This meet up is for people who have the trait of high sensitivity. Being sensitive means that we face many challenges in day to day life that the not so sensitive do not understand. Perhaps you find that you need time alone to 're-charge your batteries'. You might feel that you are unsociable or that there is 'something wrong with you' because you don't 'fit in'. High sensitivity is not well understand by the majority of the population and this can cause major problems in our work and relationships.
However, high sensitivity is also a gift. This group is about meeting with other HSPs for friendship and support and learning to value our trait as the gift that it is.
If you'd like to meet other HSP's and share experiences and support, please come along to our next meet up. We'd love to see you!
Best wishes
Alison
We don't have an agenda at present. Maybe we will find that we want more structure as the meet ups progress but for now it's very informal and about meeting other HSPs and sharing experiences.
The meet up is from 7pm until 9pm. Aigburth train station is about 5-7 minutes walk from the pub. When you walk into the pub, the main eating area is on the left. I intend to get a table on the right hand side. Read more
